1. I can’t log in.

Double-check your email and password. If you signed up with Apple, Google, or another service, use the same method to log in. Still stuck? Contact us below.

2. How does spaced repetition work in the app?

We use a scientifically proven spaced repetition algorithm to help you retain vocabulary more effectively over time. Words you struggle with appear more often; mastered words fade out.

3. Can I reset or delete my flashcard progress?

Yes. Go to Profile > Your progress. Be careful—this can’t be undone.

4. Is there a desktop version?

Not yet. Spanish Pro is currently optimized for mobile devices (iOS only). A web version is planned.
